Think fragrant lamb, pungent black pepper, tender beef and Turkey’s famed peynir cheese, made from sheep’s milk to an ancient recipe; a perfectly delectable lunch for 2.
Doner & Wraps
This famous Turkish kebab, made of seasoned meat stacked in the shape of an inverted cone is turned slowly on the rotisserie and is sliced vertically into thin shavings as it cooks to be served on a plate with various accompaniments such as yoghurt, tomato sauce & piping fresh butter (Iskender Kebab) or in Turkish lavash bread as a wrap or sandwich.
Clay Pot Cooking
A delightful & tasty Turkish tradition dating back almost 3700 years in Anatolia produces meals after slow-cooking chicken, beef or lamb in clay pots to preserve the full flavour of the ingredients and is served straight from our oven on to your table. Succumb to the temptation of this authentic and traditional Turkish speciality.
Kebab & Grills
Our Metre Kebab is an evolution and celebration of the many different types of kebab; drawing upon the flavours of Adana & Urfa in Turkey & made with ground lamb; infused with the sweetest of spices it is then marinated overnight with Sumac for optimum taste to be grilled slowly on a charcoal grill delightfully sealing the elongated kebab’s flavour profile.
